Civil Service has assigned a service team to each state department to help meet the needs of our customers

• Applicant Assessment and Office Management Services
This area provides support to the agency liaison teams in the Office of Classifications and Selections (OCS). They are responsible for the full range of examination administration activities including scheduling, exam security, test administration (including reasonable accommodations) and scoring.

• Compensation
This area develops and administers the compensation plan for the classified service, coordinates implementation of pay actions approved by the Civil Service Commission, and assists state agencies with compensation issues and processing of performance-pay requests.

• Employment Information & Career Planning Services
The Office of Employment Information and Career Planning Services will help state employees and applicants by providing up-to-date state employment information and career planning services.
