The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Geological Survey (OGS) has received printed and electronic copies of the Part 632 Permit Application for the Kennecott Humboldt Mill Project. The original digital documents were regenerated in order to comply with requirements established by the Michigan Department of Information Technology. The list below provides links to the files. 

PLEASE NOTE :  Opening multiple files in your browser might cause it to ‘freeze up'.  
If you want to access multiple files it is recommended that you download them to your computer.  To download a file - select the link of interest from the table below - click on the right mouse button - select ‘save target as …' - navigate to where you want the file to go - select save.  Once the files are saved to disk you can open files more quickly and have multiple files open at a time.
