The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will hold a public hearing to accept comments on a series of permit applications from the Kennecott Eagle Minerals Company (KEMC) to reopen the Humboldt Mill.  Documents related to the Public Hearing are:

   the Draft Part 632 Mining Permit,
   the Air Permit Fact Sheet and 
   the Draft Air Permit

Kennecott Eagle Minerals Company Kennecott Eagle Minerals provides a Waiver letter to the DEQ  extending the time available for review of the Permit Application for the Kennecott Humboldt Mill.
